💄 Enhance owner uploads UI and statistics

Add initial values for photos, videos, and contributors. Update dashboard to reflect these counts and improve visibility of manage and stats sections based on uploads. :lipstick: Update event dashboard statistics display Ensure that photo, video, and contributor counts default to '0' when no uploads are present, and handle the display of the latest upload more gracefully.
