Sidebar layout on the monochrome design system, global search, and five new
sections: submissions, learned form mappings, categories, activity log and
system status. Packages get a show page with readiness and directory fit,
directories get a structured field-map editor and bulk actions, users get
billing state, API token rotation and session controls. Every admin action
is logged and filterable.

Replace the directory-era admin Projects section with Packages: list with
owner, completeness and bulk delete; edit page with owner reassignment and
every package field. Owner changes and deletions are logged as admin actions.

Admins can give a user Maker or Shipaholic without payment from the
admin user page, with an optional expiry, and revoke it again. Comped
users get a "complimentary" plan status honoured by Plan.for, any live
Stripe subscription is cancelled on grant, and each grant/revoke is
logged as an AdminAction. The user list gains a plan column and filter,
and the billing page shows the comp instead of a cancel button.
